Firstly great platform, cheap and easy to use.But my 5 stars is going to unbelievable customer service.I made a mistake and sold instead of bought. An error which I'm not sure if it was me or a bug on the app. It would have cost me thousands of pounds.I thought I'd try call and see what they say. I didn't think they would rectify it , not only did they rectify it and refund the costs - they explained it all very well and escalated it to a senior trader immediately.
