China A50 - Get The Full Picture
We have started to add long positon to our exposure today, while #CHINA-A50# was trading below 15K, at a "discounted price".
It will not necessarily bounce back straight away, so we prefer slow accumulation using a TWAP unti completion of the position (currently 80/100 completed), rather than a "price-based" positioning, as there is a risk to fill the liquidity gap we left after the sudden breakout at 13.5K toward 15K, in early July last year (2020). In this scenario, 13.5K is a possible extent of the current down trend.
