What is Margin?
Margin is the backup that is given by clients to ensure forward transactions and day trading transactions that are carried out on credit.
Only if the client suffers a loss at the end of the transaction will the collateral, or part of the collateral be used to cover the said loss. This word is used interchangeably with the term “Collateral”.
