As Traders we get disappointed, discouraged or even feel like trading Forex is not for us when we have some losing trades, but you must understand that one losing trade shouldn't define you as a trader, even the great traders have some losing trades here and there, to me what differentiate a successful trader from a non successful one is their money management and their discipline in trading.
