The Dow Jones index on the New York Stock Exchange, United States, ended in positive territory.
As reported by Reuters, the Dow Jones index increased 95.83 points, or around 0.26%.
The Dow Jones index rose on the back of a 1.6% jump in entertainment and media companies, the Walt Disney Company, and a 1.46 percent jump in shares of aircraft manufacturing company Boeing.
