B - APPOINTMENTS
B1. Under Article 96(1) of the constitution of Guyana the Public Service Commission has power to make appointments to public offices and to remove and to exercise disciplinary control over persons holding or acting in such offices.Articleb96(2) provided for the Public Service Commission to delegate any of it's powers in writing and subject to such conditions as it thinks fit to any one or more members of the Commission or , with the consent of the Prime Minister ,
