Clerk of the National Assembly acting on the advice of a Committee comprising the Clerk of the National Assembly as Chairman ,the Deputy Clerk of the National Assembly and another Public Servant of the department chosen by the Clerk of the National Assembly whose grade is not lower than the grade A 12.
