The Bowstring Logic | Part 3/4
This part covers structural entries, grid mechanics, and position closure.
📉 MARKET STRUCTURE & ENTRIES
• PHASE IDENTIFICATION: I determine the trend direction, identifying whether the move is at a peak, accelerating, or in a corrective stage.
• TREND EXHAUSTION: Positions open only during a retracement while the primary macro-trend retains its structural potential to continue.
• PRICE ACTION: Logic is tied to objective price action (lengths/intervals of waves and pullbacks).
⚙️ EXECUTION MECHANICS
This structure transforms market theory into a model governed by statistical probability.
• INITIAL ENTRY: The first trade is opened via market order during a pullback, following the primary trend.
• THE ANCHOR: A hard Stop-Loss for the entire grid is set based on the historical distribution of trend lengths.
• POWER LAW: Subsequent limit orders use a Power Law function. As orders approach the Stop-Loss, both density and lot size increase to leverage the rising probability of correction exhaustion.
📊 GRID DYNAMICS & SPEED
The grid covers the statistical interval of a correction, anchoring it to a hard stop.
• PROBABILITY: Predicting an exact turning point is low-probability. A grid of 5–10 orders solves this, improving the average entry price as the correction develops.
• VELOCITY: By using multiple entry points, the grid approach achieves statistical significance and stable growth much faster than systems with single entries.
• ACCELERATOR, NOT FOUNDATION: The grid is just a tool to increase capital growth velocity based on recurring price patterns, not the system's foundation.
🏹 BOWSTRING EFFECT: While small pullbacks yield routine wins, a deep correction creates a "bowstring shot" - a fully loaded grid closes its total volume, generating a rapid surge in capital growth (declared as a Golden Arrow event).
